REGULAR COURSE:

An intensive two day 'hands-on' full immersion course in high-fidelity medical simulation, including:

Comprehensive web-based introductory material
Two day course involving you directly in 12 simulations
3 videoed feedback sessions where your performance in giving feedback will be debriefed
Post-course support and mentoring

This is a multi-professional course for clinical teachers interested in simulation as a teaching tool. The emphasis is on giving effective feedback in the context of a working simulator environment. You do not need to have experience in simulation, but you do need to want to put your practical clinical experience and enthusiasm into teaching.

OBSTETRICS TEAM TRAINING IN EMERGENCY RESPONSE USING SIMULATION (OTTERS):

This course is for educators within maternity units who wish to use simulation to develop their teams. The programme consists of a combination of lectures and practical workshops in order to develop your ability to deliver simulated scenarios, skills training and to facilitate mult-professional feedback sessions.
